Hope some of you have the knowledge and speak english

for my TDI I am building a gearbox. Right now I have a 3M gearbox and a 2V gearbox open for parts. I cannot change 1st and 2nd gear because they are one-piece with the primary axle.
I can swap gears 3 and 5. No problem. So the heavy 5 into a 3M is easy for my 32bTDI gearbox.
Problem is that the sprocket of the 4th gear does not fit the secondary axle. The 3M axle (for 4,111 drive) has a flat surface, the sprocket is pressed onto it. The 2V axle/sprocket has extra teeth on the axle/sprocket. So the sprocket is pressed and hold into place by the teeth. I need the 4,111 drive, so the axle must stay.
How to solve the problem?
The 3M axle has number: 013 409 143 G. The 2N has 013 409 143 B. These are both 5speed and 4,111 (37/9) drive. Could it be that the 2N gearbox also has the extra teeth for the 4th gear sprocket?? Why would the partnumber be different?
I have a 2N gearbox, but I don't want to open it up to check

Who has ever opened up a 2N gearbox and knows how the 4th gear is fitted on the secondary axle? Or who knows where I could find pictures of the inside of a 2N gearbox?
